Triangle Community Coalition is a 501(c) 4 non-profit, non-partisan organization. Our mission is

"To influence land-use policy that encourages a balance among economic growth, development, the environment, and community needs while advocating for private property rights"

Our Focus for 2022:

• Zoning reform that allows housing affordability and housing choices
• Improve the Development Services Process
• Educate elected and public officials, candidates, our membership, and the public on issues related to growth and real estate
• Provide exclusive opportunities for our membership to collaborate with Elected Officials, municipal staff, and policy experts
